One last Quinn QOL change
Hi I think that we can safely state that quinn's e can be pretty frustrating to use at times, specifically near walls. I think that it might be worth while to look into implementing the tap/hold mechanic so that when you tap the e you stop at the first wall hit and when you hold it, you go over walls provided that the full distance of the e would take you at least halfway over the wall at full distance (like the logic used for flash).
