More deaths than kills tends to torpedo your chances no matter who you're playing. Even if you get tons of assists, even if you die to save multiple teammates.

I'll probably look at these few things:

63% KP is OK on a thresh on ARAM, but I would expect it to be higher
Looking at your damage taken, you were standing far back from the battle and not tanking enough? Garen tanked 72% more dmg than you, but only having 33% more deaths, meaning you weren't doing your job as a tank.
Didn't AA enemies enough, pointing back at point 2 for standing far back. Can tell based on your magic and physical dmg delt.
Things I can't tell; how accurately you landed your hooks / shielded your allies. These are of course measured against other thresh players and play a factor to getting a better grade.

Overall, other thresh players are probably much more aggressive than you in ARAM, harassing with their AAs and procing the flay's passive. Which is probably the main contributing factor.
