Ranked games and autofill

Riot i have a question for you.

in ranked games there is a chance that you get autofilled in to a roll. i get that you want to make queues move faster and for that i understand that some times i have to play rolls i am not as good with. but here is the point im getting at. im tired of getting in to games and having team mates say in chat that they got autofilled in to a roll and the that game is a waist of time. they get beat very badly and it is like playing a 4v5 game. Now with that being said, i know that i an not great player and after some games i would say im not ever a good play some times. but i have still play all the rolls enough to be competent at them and at least have some idea of what i am suppose to be doing in that roll.

is there anyway to make it so that you have to play the roll (X) amount of time in the normal games before you can play them in ranked. i have read before that is was being talked about making you do that for now champs before you got to play them in ranked.

Thoughts?

(and yes like i said before i know that i am not the best at this game and am still learning)
