i think riot should bring back butcher urgot thats his best skin in my opinion and i havent seen that skin available for purcahse yet

I agree, I thought they would bring it back for the Harrowing event but alas it seems urgot has fallen by the wayside :(
They used to bring back Legacy Skins (more specifically, Retired Skins) at Christmas and sell them for pretty much the whole month @ 50% of their former cost. But you can tell how stingy Riot is getting. They went from that, to having all the retired skins available but only 50% off on set days of the month, to just randomly releasing them throughout the year at full price as a cash grab.
