sick of this

So i decided to play as ADC after playing as a jungler for a long time . Picked Vayne and my support picked Leona , went to lane after helping the jungler with the blue and got cheesed by the enemy Vayne and Ezreal bot. I barerly survived and had to back while Leona stayed at the tower . Before I was back to lane the tower was already half hp . Right before i got to the tower Leona decided she would go in 2v1 before i got there . She died and i had to defend tower . Since Ezreal was their support he poked me untill I couldnt even farm under my own tower at 6 min in the game. By the time my jungler cleared his camps , ganked mid then top , their bot was already at our second tower almost destroying it . Why are towers so weak ? Does riot even care about the insane damage in the game and the useless tower ?

TL;DR - towers are useless
