Soraka is getting buffed in a way that makes her even more uninteractive
Meanwhile Viktor is still getting nerfed because "uninteractive" and Lux / Lissandra still exist.

Soraka gets buffed? I thought you now need to hit your Qs to utilize her full potential, and that definitely is not a buff.
Viktor, Lux and Lissandra are fine and don't need nerfs. They need to buff other mages to their level. Also ALL three of them are skill-based mages that you can play against smart and beat. Lux and Vik are slow, immobile and vulnerable. Lux can bind and Viktor can drop his gravity field, but that is all that stands between them and a grizzly death. Lissandra can't even do that... she kites well and has an escape a bind and targetted stun... so she's harder to get in on... but to do damage she has to get in pretty close herself. She doesn't show her face in mid because poke ruins her. She's also very mana hungry.
I'm gonna guess you just lose to these guys a lot as... I dunno... Zed or Yasuo or something, and so you're upset. Just because a champion's strong point is keeping away from you and poking you doesn't mean they need nerfs. It means YOU need to be better at getting to them or smarter about how you handle laning against them. If Lux is playing passive and you can't kill her... roam bot and kill them. Lux can't roam for crap. If you can't yolo dive Liss for a kill... play a hard-scaling champ and just farm up. Or... roam or invade jungle for a kill. It's a team game.. and there are ways to get ahead and do well beyond stomping your lane opponent and taking their tower solo. You're just gonna push too hard after that, overextend and feed back enough gold to lose your lead anyway. Let's not pretend any us are challenger here.
