Neeko bug

In my ranked game i had a bug where i was playing neeko and i was stuck with 350 max health and 300 mana the for a good portion of the game. i started when i got out of my ult, out of my passive. i couldn't auto attack and i got one shot by anything while getting the movement speed buff forever when you cast your w. when i tried to do raptor they didn't even see me as an enemy trying to kill it and i didnt catch aggro so they automatically healed. it only fixed after i spammed my keyboard https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmUXGFimYtw&feature=youtu.be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhx1pYeHmSw
