I think the second cast of Irelia's E- flawless duet should have a line indicator when casting like the Zoe Q and E to make it clear what the area of effect will be. [As in the blue indicator used to aim.] It's not exactly easy to land without, it can be missed very easily due to how thin it is. Thanks, A loving Ionia fan. 'Remember the placidium!'

If it didn't appear in game I would go check the mail associated with the account. Never happened to me, but this is my best guess.

You could also argue then that Normal cast or Quick cast should be removed altogether which would literally handicap the players on one side of the spectrum.
Not a good strategy.
