Add 1v1 Howling Abyss into the Rotating Gamemode Queue?

Seeing as Riot are promoting the 1v1 format at All-Stars again this year, surely it would be good to actually let people play the mode. As it stands the only way to play any sort of 1v1 is just custom games, but I think having a queue for it would be much better. I know that Riot are reluctant to support the 1v1 mode and they wouldn't want to bring back magma chamber, but I'd love to see it implemented as a permanent queue or even just as part of the Rotating Gamemode Queue.

I'm shocked it hasn't been added yet.

Anyone recon we have the slightest chance of this becoming a reality?
