Remaking during Champ Select?

So a friend of mine and I both thought this would be a great idea, considering many players are complete asses in champ select, berating other players and refusing to be autofilled or ban teamates champ etc, etc. What if you could vote to "Remake" champ select, instead of having to dodge. I think that that'd be quite fair, but what do yall think?
