When are we expecting to see the bugfix on Jhin again?

I noticed you guys put out a patch earlier about the effect Rage-blade has on Jhin, though, I do remember that the patch was rolled-back (for whatever dumb reason)

Are we expecting to see the bugfixes after 8.11 comes out (two patches from now?) or are they just going to keep jhin as intended with over 1200 attack damage.
