[GAMEPLAY BUG] Cho'Gath ult ignoring cc

This might just be a single target issue, but ive seen Cho'Gath ult through Kennen's stun a few times in my recent game.

To recreate it

  1. Kennen lands 3 hit combo to stun cho (the 1.5 second one, not the shortened)
  2. Cho tries to ult

This might just be intentional, or a intended effect of cho's, but it seems too unfair, given his damage

Many targeted ultimates can't be interrupted once the spell is casted, it's animation is longer than the actual cast time.

Is Cho ulting before the stun goes off, or is the stun applied mid ult?

This applies to a lot of ults. It has to do with the animation appearing to go through the stun / cc. Darius Illaoi and Garen all come to mind. The skill was already cast by the point the cc landed. Seems like it should interrupt the skill, yes, but in spaghetti code it doesn't work that way.
