Not all chests have essence.
The bundle itself says 5 chests, 5 keys, and bonus essence.
Sona Ping1 votesDid you check your essence total? Individual chests may or may not have essence.
Duke of Lords1 votesMy essence total was around 1000. I already had some essence, but then I refunded some of the skins from the chest into essence, and then i had around 1000.
After i bought the 5 box bundle, I still had 1000 and no extra.

Ham the Starman1 votesWas it the 5 or 10 box bundle? 5 comes with essence and 10 comes with an extra chest

5 box bundle.
Ham the Starman1 votesThen I don't see why you didn't get your essence, sorry. I got the 5 box bundle, too, and I'm pretty sure I got my essence immediately
