Why doesn't zac shout "party time" anymore when he uses let's bounce

My friend was a zac main since season 3 and when the zac rework happened, zac no longer shouts "party time" when he uses let's bounce. For some reason he won't touch the champion anymore out of this reason alone. Since no-one played zac before this (not counting when gragas was nerfed), is there any way we can have this put back in?
