Suggestion: Fix the surrender vote.

Hey everyone. today I decided to play a game with a friend. I was blitz because I don't want to pull anyone's leg...-chuckle- anyways..that's not the reason what I'm creating this post for.

In that game A jarvan got..mildly overfed, then digustingly overfed, then just insanely unkillable, so we tried to do a surrender vote.

vote failed 3 times, all the same.. 3/2. 3 votes yes 2 votes no. Shouldn't the surrender be the most votes instead of majority of the votes? 4/1 is kinda pushing it..considering half the people on LoL I know hate surrendering..but that's no way to make us suffer through a horrid game. at least make the surrender voting "the most vote wins", not majority. It makes more sense anyways.
