so you are basically saying that 10%+ true damage is more balanced then a flat 75 true damage?

They already said they plan to rework Irelia to be more of an assassin and fit the charter concept better of a telekinesis blade wielding champion which in theory could allow for something crazy like Azir in mobility or zoning.
