Does the Free Wins in Promo Helper stack?

So you get a free win if you lose your promos. If you lost your promos more than once, will you get another free win? I'm still confused about the Promo helper and I would appreciate it if you help me understand it better :)

Ex. If you lose 2 promos in a row, will you move to the next division since you have 2 free wins?

Thanks in advance

it will stack up to one fewer wins needed. So for promos to the next tier, it will only get you one win. for going from bronze to sliver though, since you need 3 wins, I think it'll give you 2 wins max there.
