Rengar?

I'm not sure if its just me, but I've seen a huge increase in Rengar players and I think he needs a bit of number changes. He's back to his old 3-hit-kill self and its a bit irritating with his massive mobility, healing, and invis. Even if you manage to gain sight on him during his ult it doesn't stop him from shredding anyone he feels like. I don't think it's fair that a team should have to build their entire comp around a single champion just to shut him down. Anyone else feel the same? It can't just be me.
