Early short rune feedback

I really like the new runes, so many new options and opportunities. Riot you really succeeded when it comes to making each rune/keystone unique and interesting (lol does not count for mages and bruisers) . i am a Rengar main so i thought domination tree would be the main thing, but i ended up using the kleptomancy keystone in the inspiration tree, i really love this keystone ^^. i don't feel that i am forced to use 1 tree only.

Yes it is preseason and a lot of things needs to be tweaked, this is a sample: https://youtu.be/BPYbTRCeW5o the amount of damage champions have early i ridiculous, i can't remember the last time i had 94 ad lvl 1 on rengar top(s3 redpot ;_;). Rengar is really strong toplane early and having that much damage early is overkill. i think the base stats the runes give should be reduced.

there are some keystones that also need some tweaking, one of them are Lethal Tempo. Riot you reverted the kog'maw rework because "hey that attack speed looks really dumb", what part in your brains said "hey better give everyone the kog'maw rework treatment". breaking the attack speed limit is and always will be a mistake. vayne procing here silver bolts in 1 second is hilariously dumb, watching kog'maw machine gunning your teammates brings back Vietnam flashbacks. either remove and replace or nerf the keystone.

overall the new runes are really nice and makes the game mor interesting, i like this update and look forward for the changes.
