Basically a one button champ that needs to be nerfed shouldn't be able to teleport every 5 secs and do her little spin which at low levels eats at your health regardless of what champ you are. Just like a basic one move champ that deals insane damage. And yeah people are gonna look this like oh no she's not OP easy to counter. How do counter someone who one shots also don't get me started about her passive.
