New Champ Select

Someone tell me if I'm wrong, but after the banning phase I find it annoying that there is no option to look at a list of all the champions you own and might want to play. You are only allowed to see all the champions when it is your turn to pick a champion and I feel like the 30 seconds(?) you are allowed is not enough, unless you already know what you are going to play. I don't want to memorize all 123 champions in league of legends and I certainly shouldn't have to open up a tab to see a list since I'm on the client.

Like I said if there is an option to see the whole list on the client let me know, but I'm just frustrated that I just accidentally dodged because I was so rushed to figure out which champion would best suit the team.
