Even Earlier VTS

I really wish there were a way to end a game in a few minutes when you're clearly up against a higher smurf. 20-30mins of being kill farmed is a total waste of everyone's time. Maybe if we could opt out of smurf games, smurfs would lose their incentive. 2 minutes to queue, 2 minutes to start playing, auto-forfeit the second they are detected. Hardly worth their time. Yeah, I know, "Don't give up, they can throw," or whatever, but nah. When 3/5 games are kill-farming smurfs on the enemy team, I'll hard pass.
