In season 7, I got placed in Bronze 5. I check my MMR a lot on na.op.gg, but I haven't played ranked in a while. Recently, I have noticed my MMR decaying, even though I was only in bronze 5 with only 930 MMR. I have lost about 10 a day, and currently have only 900. Is this normal? It is really annoying, because I don't have much time to play ranked and I thought that you didn't decay at lower ranks.

Third-party sites' MMRs are inaccurate. If you don't play ranked for a while League will match you vs something a little easier until it sees you're back in practice again, but I wouldn't worry about it.
When you read the caption on op.gg it literally says :"lower than the average for your league" If others in your 'league' move out of bronze V, then because they ranked up it'll tell you that you fell in MMR, but you didn't actually move anywhere.
Decay only occurs at Plat+.
