played against a kled and he was absolutely unfun to play against and disgustingly op
he took down a turret with no minions and walked away with over half hp
beat us in a 1v3
and other bullshit with his mount just giving him free insane heals

How low were you 3, cds, were any of you non damage dealers, did you miss your skillshots, was he fed?.
Its not a heal, its a second healthbar that can only be returned under circumstances where the enemy team doesn't kill kled when he is at his weakest / most vulnerable, and even then the cooldown on it is really long..
