Selling Champions

So I just got back on after my laptop died a few months ago and have been playing a few games. I had noticed the update to runes that will take a while to get used to but it seems like they have also totally revamped several champions I used to play. take for example aatrox, He used to seem like a close quarters jinx for me when I was playing and is now a brick I find nearly impossible to play. Has there been any news on the possibility of selling champions you do not like back at a reduced price of trading them in for blue essence so you can get one you do like? If so I have a couple I would love to get rid of.

They have actually.. maybe 3-4 seasons ago they gave everyone 1-2 refunds on anything from skins to champs.. after they were used they were gone.. i know this cause i got a refund on EZ pulsefire skin and Diana.. both purchased with RP...

But why would u need a refund on a champ? People make is sound like its hard to save up Blue Essence.. one thing i don't know why they removed was the IP or now i guess the BE Boosters in the stores.. they still have the EXP boosters..
