Crit Zed in Patch 5.24

After trying this out a couple of games, I've found that this build is insanely good on zed, and has what he has traditionally lacked - late game power. Firstly, the build is as follows:

Youmuu's Ghostblade (this is still the best item on zed currently imo, and usually first rush on any zed build now) Trinity force (auto attacking in between every ability will give you huge burst, and you can even kill tanks with your ult - also, think what you will do if you crit on a spellblade auto attack during an ult ^^) Infinity Edge (nuff said) Essence reaver (gives you more crit as well as CDR. The only bad thing about this is you don't have mana.) Boots (anything really except lucidity) Phantom dancer/any defensive item/any item you want on zed eg bork (the only reason phantom dancer is here is to get 100% crit chance. It does help you duel even better with the damage reduction, but if you're okay with just 60% crit, then feel free tp get something else in place of phantom dancer.

Now, with this build you get: 40% CDR, spellblade procs, 100% crit chance/60% crit chance + damage reduction, youmuu's active, rage passice, TONS OF BURST, and scaling into late game. Another note is that you could swap out PD for Rapid Firecannon and get 90% crit chance, 200 magic damage on an auto at max rank, and increased range on the same auto attack. This will not only add more burst to your kit, but make it easier to reach targets and get those lovely spellblade procs off.

However, there are a couple of issues with this build. The main thing and only real problem is that it's so damn EXPENSIVE. With so many high-cost items, you can only viably build this in a game if you get ahead and start snowballing. Secondly, it will probably get some time to get used to, as most good zed players will accurately know their damage at all points of the game after playing so many games with the same build. This new build may take some getting used to, as will using the spellblade passive effectively during a fight and get huge damage out of your ult. FInally, I will say that you probably shouldn't try this out if you're not too confident with zed, or new builds in general.

Try out the build if you think its worth it, and dont forget to comment, like and subcribe, also forget to subscribe. jk, xditem 3070

Psst, Spellblade doesn't crit. Well, the auto can still crit, but not the Spellblade part.

It's a little different from full AD Zed, but not bad. I don't really like Triforce on this, a Shiv or RFC would be better.
