Frost Queen's Claim Tribute Stacks Displaying similar to Face of the Mountain's Stacks.

This gold item and the two that build into it should display when they are going to refresh similar to how Spoils of War shows its refresh rate. This would allow the player to optimize pokes for the most gold gains. Right now the item has no indication of when the charges will be ready. Showing when they will refresh will make the support a little more gold conscious and possibly allow them a little more of a benefit for establishing a presence in lane.

This makes sense, I main support Taric and I don't see any reason why caster supports shouldn't get the same indicator that Emblem Shield, Targon's Brace and Face of the Mountain have.

This has bugged me too. One gets a spot on the buff bar, the other doesn't.

The way I see it it's not about helping gold management for the support that's holding Spelltheifs. It's not that hard to track them as it is now. Rather having some kind of visual indicator would alert the enemy helping them gage your damage at any given point.
