League of Legends has really gone downhill

I've legit played 15 games and 13/15 games have been with 4 players and 1 afk some of the games i've had 1 afk and 1 bot some games ive had 2 bots. Can riot please make matchmaking fair like how the heck do I have 4 players in every match this isn't a joke i can not be expected to played 50 minute games every time to win a game because i have 4 players. Pair me up with people who actually play the game and fix your game thanks. Especially considering i'm averaging 10-20 kills a game and can't really get anymore.
