Heimerdinger UI Ping Issues

I'm recently picking up Heimerdinger and have been enjoying him a lot but have found some issues with his UI which could make him feel a lot better to play if fixed. Right now the pings you can give for his abilities are very clunky and provide very little useful information to allies as to what state you're actually in to help out with an upcoming fight. His ability cooldowns are fairly long in general for such important power checks (e.g. turrets can take around 20 seconds to recharge and having each extra turret available makes a big difference in team fights) and as no one ever really plays him there are often points in a game where people will try and play around the current power they think you're at when you actually can't provide that support for 20-30 seconds longer than they'd expect.
Q Pings - cooldown until a new turret is available, amount of turrets available When you have 0 turrets left to place you can't actually ping the ability at all - this gives no way to tell your team when you will be ready to engage/help out in a fight which is especially annoying for when your jungler is attempting a gank and gets pinged away for seemingly no reason as Heimer can't properly communicate his downtime without stopping to type in chat. When you do have a turret ready to place, the ping will just show "Q - Ready" no matter how many turrets you have stored which is important information for Heimer to be able to give during a team fight as there's obviously a huge difference between a 1-turret Heimer team fight and a 3-turret fight. Therefore it would be very useful to update his Q's UI pings to include the timer until he next has a turret available and perhaps add an x/3 charge system for how many he currently has stored up ready to use.
Ult + Ability Pings The other issue with pinging Heimer abilities is that when you have your ult activated, pinging the ability you wish to empower will only read "E - Ready" and will give no indication that it's the empowered version. As Heimer's main team fight tool is tied into his Ult + E combo it would be very useful to be able to tell your team that this is your intention to use, especially as a lot of players don't seem to recognise Heimer's ult animation as he's rarely in games to have exposure to it. As a side note this could help give Karma a bit more information to her team too as I believe her ult has the same problem but definitely less crucial for her.
Curious to hear any thoughts on this and whether we might be able to get it looked into as Heimer would feel a lot better if he could communicate this information to his team - especially as with a relatively unplayed champion like Heimer it would be very useful to be able to supply your teammates with all of the information they need rather than making them guess.
