Can we talk about Tristana?

During worlds, everyone realized that Tristana had a 100% pick ban rate. Normally this wouldn't be a problem since Riot tends to dish out nerfs to champions like this after worlds is over. Not Tristana. She has been the Number 1 adc in the game for 5-6 patches now and there hasn't been a single fix to her yet. Every game I play now there is a Tristana and its beginning to become annoying. The biggest slap in the face about the whole situation is that Riot thought that Ryze's interactions with Stopwatch needed to be nerfed when he has a 43% win rate. Ive seen an increasing number of posts about how terrible the balance team is doing lately, could that be the problem and a whole new balance team needs to be brought in?

based on her WR of being sub 50% in solo Q i doubt that she will be touched, she also didnt receive any buffs for a long time and only came into meta when a few things happened.

  1. Almost every other adc got nerfed, especially lane bullies

No, Trist wasn't the #1 adc in months, it was Kog until the nerfs.

But it's true that she has been Tier S since Worlds and currently she's the best adc with Varus.

She has 2 ways to create huge space between her and an enemy. Its way to easy for her to self kite and escape situations. Its quite unfair actually and not fun to play against. Riot is an incompetent piece of shit company, so what do you expect?
