Heal and Shield ...... Balance team went a bit too far
Honestly healing and shileding are core points in the game, but now it's just too easy to access, and overabuse, them. Expecially since no solid counter is present in the game ... Grievous Wounds has never been a solid option and always lacked itemization ...

" .... i play this game from the beta, and i know what ignite do. I'm pretty sure a single target spell with high cd won't prevent a properly builded janna , a raka or a Karma etc.... from overhealing/shielding a whole pt ... it's not even usefull vs a Xin with CoC
I, honestly, would like to see at least 1 of the following:
- An item or a skill ( on the next supp champ maybe ) that instabreak a shield
- A raise on the cap of GW proc on item that have it as passive
- A new item/skill that prevent a target from receiving any shield/heal for the duration of the debuff
- A better balance on champ that have access to high form of heal/shiel considerating the new items added to the game
