Surrender Update

Do you know how to make League a better non-toxic way? Well, a lot of people have suffered this one flaw about League. When you're 2 to 50 in a game, of course you would want to surrender. But what if your team doesn't want to surrender, because 2 of them were trolling? Well Riot, what if you put a thing that lets you see who said yes, no, or didn't pick yet. That way, League will be a less toxic game knowing who are trolling or not. Who agrees with me?
