"Smart Camera" Idea

I've been starting to ADC more frequently and find it difficult to keep screen control while kiting people. (especially while on the edge of the screen, and no I still don't use space bar while in fights. :P)

 That being said I had an idea about some kind of "smart camera".  A camera that starts to slowly pan to your champion either when you start to fight another champion, or if your champion is in camera view.  The pan speed would be controlled via options.  I would be super hyped if this became a thing and people spread the word, or even better, someone from riot sees and considers it.
