Trolls ruining ranked solo/duo queues

I had hoped to enjoy the new season and try to climb the ladders. Unfortunately there is no repercussions for trolling in game and so there is no way to legitimately climb the ranks based on your skill level. Out of my 10 ranking games, 7 of them had either trolls or afkers in the games. Inexperience is one thing, and usually if the team will work together the inexperience is not a big deal, and I can take a loss for that without concern. However when I am playing 10 ranked games to determine where I am placed, and 7 of them I am queued with trolls or afkers then there is no way to win those. I guess welcome to league of trolls and I should just expect this, but it is in no way competitive when the actions of spiteful people determine your rank in the ladders. gg riot... gg
