Ranked?

My winrate for ranked dropped from 64% to 30% in probably a week or so. I haven't been playing terrible/but I also haven't been smashing my lane or anything. But for some reason EVERY single ADC I've played with lately has just wanted to split push for 15-20 minutes. They don't care if they die or anything. My team could have the lead and get engaged on or turret dove in the 4v5 our adc is putting us in, and then the enemy team catches up. Then at the like 35 minute mark the "Splitpush hero" starts talking about grouping. Which results in the team flaming saying "We've been begging you to group all game." After that everybody is too tilted to focus. I dropped 2 divisions in a week because of this. Please help.

New season, lot of promo matches. 30% of NA players are bronze. That being said 30% of your team is prob bronze. and if a Bronze goes against a Gold plat or diamond.... esp adc and support combo well..... Your rank is gonna look like you 1v1ed a teemo who had 30 mins to set up shrooms before you started
