I'm not exactly new to League of Legends, but I've been playing purely vs. AI for the past year or so, and I've reached a great point at level 20 where I'm good at the champions I have, mostly marksman and other ADCs. However, I've reached the stage where I can't actually play matches without someone reaching 40 kills. I thought about moving to EU West to do this, but I spent nearly $30 on champions. What should I do? I just want relaxing matches where I don't have to keep up with a smurf looking for first win of the day.

You'll have players getting 25-50+ kills in bots no matter what server you play on. You could play custom games with 9 other bots. Also, you can pay to have your account transferred to another server in the "Account" tab of the League shop.

Yeah, that's the problem. I never used to get it until the last couple of months. Maybe it's my level?

Probably, you might even have level 30 players in your games.

i think if it wasn't so much hassle, riot could make say, a separate gamemode available for players who haven't won a certain amount of pvp games, so perhaps players like myself could be separate from level 30 ranked players.
