The result of a rank is decided by the system before start

i am a plat rank player for the past 4 season, since last season climb rank is painful. everytime i got 55+ win rate, my teammates' win rate will not more than 50. after couple of thinking and view posts , i think i find how the system take ur more time to get to ur deserved rank. when u have a high win rate, the system will start match u low win rate teammates to force ur win rate into 50 and ur emeny team's avg win rate will be much more higher than ur team(>52). and after 3 lose, there will be a win, at that game, ur teammates will have high winrate of already win couple games to make sure u can win this. If u dont believe what i said, go op.gg and open a rank game. when it start, check op.gg's live game, so u will see the avg win rate of ur teammates and enemy's. i should say, it really dont looks like a fair game. the game i played 1 hr before i write this post. all of my 5 enemies have more than 55 win rate, and only one player in my team has 50 win rate and rest of them are lower than 45. And we also have lower avg rank than them. with 4 40 win rate teammates, how can u win 5 60 win rate enemies? so if u are not smurf, high prop u will lose this game.

just ask urself, every game u played is a 50-to-50 game or almost every game is looks like to win/lose after it started 15 min?

here is my acc: skullfilia, if u think i am lying, feel free to check op.gg. i have 67 win rate 5 days ago, now i am 49. i am a plat player since s5 and now i stucked in gold 4. if u can find more than 2 50+ win rate teammates in my team in a lose game, i will delete this post. or u can choose to believe me and ask riot change this stupid system.

btw, it looks like every time u spend money u will get some good teammate for couple of days. tested by 3 acc from my friends. a acc spend 200+ dollar in past 4 month have better teammates. but not sure since i dont have enough acc to make data rich enough.
