Annie Broken for a long time already

Annie is broken i mean she is way to easy to play,you have q to kills minions with mana refound,4 spells then you have stun.Im always trerified when im facing annie because she has huge dmg output along with her stun it makes her broken champ.I dont have time to think when she uses her ulty its so frustrating.I would suggest 4 options to nerf her: 1.Remove Stun(like you did with evelyn) 2.Lower Dmg output 3.Make it more difficult to use her stun 4.remove Mana refound when Using q to kill Because as she is now she is way too op and way too easy to play
