Getting Reported Too Much

Alright, so as many of you probably have encountered at some point, there are ragers, afkers, trolls, so forth and so on; my problem as the title states, is that I get reported for my behavior often, but see, when people start trash talking, I respond (I know it's not the greatest idea) but seriously, it gets frustrating when game after game NO ONE takes your advice, and then as a result, YOU get penalized for it. For example, I tell my support, DO NOT ENGAGE, because we are losing lane. What does my support, he/she throws a hail mary and throws a damn interception... Mid, please ward your side bushes, NOPE. I get it, no one likes to be told what to do, but when you're throwing the game, I AM going to say something, and I'm sorry if eventually I get pissed off because you think you're god when you're not and tell you to stop being an idiot, but here's the thing, when the team members all play the game as if it's not team based, what am I supposed to do? I can ward 3 bushes, 1 pink, I can push lanes out and farm jungle a bit, but even so, when your team decides to REPEATEDLY attempt a 4v5 when you're split pushing and then goes on to blame you, who's fault is it really? The four individuals who decided to go gung ho! Also, typing in capitals, that's not my way of being an ass, it's my way of getting YOU, the reader (the members of my team) to actually look and read what the hell I'm trying to say. Basically, what I'm trying to get at, is that I get reported alot of the time for dumb things, for trying to actually help. Or for not banning what someone wanted, or for, lets just say, doing bad a match. With all these reports, I'm going to get either muted or banned and I cannot have that. Especially when I'm not afking nor trolling; I will admit, at times, after someone keeps telling me I suck or something of the like, I will rage. I know I can mute, but sometimes, it just gets to you after having a rough day. As for me, I don't report often unless the person actually does something and I think that players should pay attention to that. Just because someone disagrees with you or says something you don't like, you don't just go reporting them. Mature. I do apologize to anyone I may have raged at at some point, but please, be considerate and thoughtful of your actions. Sorry for the rant, but I just felt so aggravated that people spam the report button like it's nothing and then players as a result either get muted and/or banned. There should be some sort of in-game verification or something.
