Since you want to make life easier for everyone by putting timers and stuff like that. How about make a supports life easier and maybe

A. Give the sightstones some sort of CD and let them gain charges of wards back so if they have extended teamfights or pushes they have wards to cover themselves.

B. bring back the pink ward trinket.
