Event Loot should not contain already owned content

First off, I have really enjoyed the mission based events!

The problem I have is that I keep getting content I already own. This time when I purchased the Mega Orb with tickets I received another Red Baron Corki Skin, and now I don't have enough tickets to buy anything else. In the last event I unlocked Snow Day Ziggs.

They are both great skins, but I already own them. After working to get enough event currency to buy something new, I was quite disappointed.

I feel like with the unique nature of the events you should be guaranteed to receive unowned content.
