Buff Jhin

Jhin feels so weak in this season that is unbeleivable. Most of the time you get hard countered by alot of adcs and junglers. The runes doesn't help him in any way. The old runes gave him like.. 14 ad and 14 lethality? And now I get like.. 4 ad. They buffed Jhin's ult but this wasn't the problem to him. He can't have speed attack so he should get much better early in a speed attack dependent meta(for the adcs). The situation got so bad that every third or fourth game someone is asking me to take another adc cause Jhin is so bad. And he is true : weak early, weak late(except if you are getting fed, but this got so rare since the new runes). Even when you're fed you don't make alot. He's third weakest adc in the game. From the strongest adc, to the weakest one. I can't understand why they make adcs so weak in a meta where assasins and tanks are op, especially the tanks. I don't even know why someone would play adc anymore. The junglers are runing the whole game. If the enemies have a good jungler, you're probably dead. You can't do alot, no matter of how good you played. Jhin should get his early back. There are so much assasins and tanks that the old jhin would not be overpowered.
