On Community and Leaving

Hello everybody, I come here today on a sad note. I started playing League in January and had the time of my life. I was new to MOBA's and I loved it. Everything about it. And then I started playing with people. And then I realized something. For every wonderful and kind and talented person I met, I also encountered at least five horrible, rude, unkind, or just plain stupid players. I recently took about a month break and only just started again. The first match I played there was an abusive support and a top laner who thought it would be a great idea to play Gnar for the very first time in a pvp, not a bot match. The support got so bad that we said we would all leave if they pinged one more time. They pinged at least ten and we all left. The second match I played, I was with not only a top laner who had never even played pvp before, but also a junlger playing Jarvan IV for the very first time. My having only just come back to LoL, I was a little rusty. After my first death, Jarvan IV started telling me to uninstall, even though they had died multiple times and had not once ganked bottom (I play adc). After another death they finally came bot. I had just gone back to base and they dived 1 v 2 against a fed Varus. They died. Later, after a couple more stunts like this they told me that I "puss[ed]" out of fights and that is why I was loosing. If there is one thing I've learned from League is you can't be too aggressive. I mean, some people can--the pros--, but I am not one of them. People like this who give horrible advice and prove it such are just one example of this corrupted community. I came here loving the game and having fun but that has gone rather sour. To all the people out there who go out of there way to be kind, thank you for your teamwork and mentoring. It was very nice of you and it meant a lot to me. However, I am done with League of Legends and it really boils down to the fact that I am sick and tired of dealing with this toxic community. So, Riot, if you are reading this, just know that your game is wonderful and fun but I am done with it. No one is afraid of your Tribunal and they know they can get away with whatever they want.
