Completely unfair match making

Has anyone experienced completely unfair and one sided matches? My friends and I are all silver players this season, and time and time again whenever we do team builder or blind pick we have to deal with people completely out of our MMR. At first it wasn't so bad with just a couple gold players, but it's progressed to going against one or two platinum or diamond players. It gets under my skin every time I see someone who stands out so much, and then of course they're the ones that end up being very fed and ahead. I've lost several games where we've lost solely because that one person was able to carry the rest of his team.

Does anyone else experience this, and does Riot actually ever plan on fixing this flaw? I started taking pictures the last few days just to show what we've been dealing with. I have many other screen shots, it wasn't just this game.

team builder has different mmr, if you dont like it there is a game mode that matches you with equal skilled teammates and opponents its called ranked.

Team Builder, on wins, gradually moves you against tougher opponents - the MMR is different than ranked MMR. It's entirely possible that the Diamonds are in a lane they don't excel at and you can win. Letting a rank psych you out is a sure way to lose.

Match-making is generally based on skill and/or MMR. So, if you're getting paired against Diamonds and shit you must be good.

Unless you're getting paired with premades. That can screw everything up. Two guys that suck, two guys that are amazing, and one guy thats mediocre apparently comes to the enemy team being bad-average and getting wrecked by the good ones and mediocre one.
