Wasted time and sneak peek

Suppress the time you have to champ select and ban to decrease the time it takes to get into the game. I've spent 15+ minutes (waiting in queue + the 15s to shadow your champion, 30s per champion to ban (usually last second bans) and same with picks so x10. It's a ridiculous amount of time on top of the 40m game lengths just to lose because one team has someone that is feeding or trolling or whatever it may be this time.

Getting into the pick/ban lobby and someones client crashes (most likely) or just leaves. Then getting into the lobby just switching teams and adding 1 new player and having the champion you're trying to get that S on banned because the other team saw the sneak peek. I'd rather wait another minute or 2 to get into a game with all new people.
