The abyssal mask says near by enemies take 10% more magic damage, while the thornmail says the attack takes reflected damage as magic 25% from armor and 15% from incoming damage, does that they will take 25% + 15% + 10% = 45% reflected magic damage?

I think it means 10% of the total amount? So, I could be wrong but I think of it as 1.10(25+15), so the total would be 44%, not 45%. Idk

Pretty sure it would, it would be 27.5% armor damage and 16.5% incoming damage... damage.
You mathed wrong though, but got pretty close, but still got it incredibly wrong because you can't add the 25% + 15% because they're %'s of different values.

"Cant Hold Me Now" is right. The Abyssal Mask does increase the damage dealt by Thornmail, but by less than you're suggesting because your math is wrong.
