Is this really fair riot? I would like a response from a dev/admin.

I work hard as a vayne main to get better and better at vayne. The mastery system is suppose to reward you for keeping at it and performing well with your main champs, so why is it when you do well with them you are not rewarded? I went 12/2/4 as vayne today and still have not gotten an s rank. I was given a+. Is this really fair? Do I have to get a few kills, then afk and do nothing for my team the rest of the game to get s rank? Is that how you want your system running? I personally ask that you lower the requirements to get the different forms of S rank. Link to the game that tilted me: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1615502952101394&set=a.1615503068768049.1073741827.100009251157582&type=3&theater

Are S grades supposed to be participation trophies or something? S's are given to people who perform in the top percents of players, not just for people doing "well".

You just discovered that there is no metrics that clearly represent how good you did in a game. KDA, damage curves, etc. really are meaningless. Most of the time if you strive to get good metrics, you'll play bad, and having good metrics doesn't mean that you did good... Actually, I hate this system, it makes people play bad and flame about KDA because they then think it has any importance (and this from the beginning of their LoL gaming experience up to Diamond+, thanks Riot to bring us really pertinent informations in our in-game interface).
