Bronze 1 atm, jungle/top main I always ban Lee Sin because I fucking hate him. Not because of any specific thing he can do, but the fact that no matter which team he's on, he always manages to piss me off.

D5 support and I ban Kat every game as she has way too much snowball potential. The other snowball champions you can effectively cc and burst but Kat's instant damage is too high to interact with without instant (eg blitz/janna ult) cc.
