As a Kha'zix player, I'd prefer either of these two buffs to occur.
The leap range buffs are appreciated on the PBE, however I feel as though it still doesn't solve anything. A multitude of nerfs have been issued to Kha while he was still extremely strong, namely while his ult still had damage reduction.
If you aren't going to revert any nerfs, which I know you feel strongly against, then atleast consider the following two buffs either of which will suffice.
-
Allow W to be casted in mid-air. Rengar is considerably stronger than Kha at the moment and has been for quite some time while also lacking as much counterplay. This ability was removed during Kha's oppressive days when it would also proc his passive. After a multitude of nerfs, I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to use it mid-air, as a mediocre slow, when Rengar can toss a bola before you react, rooting you, and bursting you much faster, without need for any isolation.

Reduce or remove the cast time of W. The most annoying thing is the wonky cast time of W while trying to execute a full combo. Yes you can cancel the animation with Tiamat, and yes you can W BEFORE leaping but it feels very clunky and requires you to have a good shot. Atleast if the cast time were removed everything would feel smooth and not like there is a "space" within the combo, it'd enable greater fluidity.
