They have seperate servers because the actual distance your PC is to the server effects how quickly you are able see and react to things that happen in the game. So logically you would have a better experience playing the game the closer to the server you are thusly there are servers all around the world so people can play the game how it was meant to be played. Not with slow inputs and reactions.
